It's been on PC in 2012, last generation Xbox 360 and PS3 in 2013, Xbox One and PS4 in 2014, extra DLC in years after that and now this Eternal Collection in 2017. Not too many games last for five years and get new editions released, but apparently Diablo III hasn't gotten the memo. It's also another pretty safe bet that the Eternal Collection will have all of the content in the Ultimate Evil Edition plus the new Necromancer DLC in one, unless new information is still yet to come, of course. ![]() With this Eternal Collection being rated so close to E3 next week, it's a safe bet that we'll hear something from Activision Blizzard regarding both it and a Necromancer DLC date. The Rise of the Necromancer DLC was announced way back in November of last year at Blizzcon and is surprisingly without a release date. The ESRB ratings don't provide any information regarding the game's content specifically, and the description provided in the rating itself is all information already known to the Diablo franchise blood, gore, some nudity, etc. Since the Ultimate Evil Edition landed, the only DLC announced for Diablo III is the upcoming Rise of the Necromancer DLC which is still without a solid release date. It included the base game and all of the DLC released to that point. The most recently released Ultimate Evil Edition for Xbox One and PS4 also received a Mature rating. ![]() ESRB is the North American version of the Pan European Game Information (PEGI) in Europe and provides all the ratings for games released in the United States. ![]() has rated Diablo III: Eternal Collection with a Mature rating.
